MEDIA PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Specializing in Video Production and AVL Installations

PURPOSE: To technically support the ministries of First Naples in worship and event
productions.

DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Media Pastor

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that all worship and presentation systems are configured and ready
for all events as scheduled.
2. Support scheduled worship and event productions.
3. Design, install, maintain and operate all production systems.
4. Train and develop volunteers to help in the support of worship and event
productions.
5. Research and develop new technologies used for worship and event
productions.
6. Cooperate with the Media Pastor by performing any other duties when asked
to do so.
7. This is a full-time exempt position.

SPECIALIZING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
1. Video production
2. Graphic development and presentation
3. AVL installations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A servant's heart for Jesus Christ and willingness to work and be available at
different hours.
2. Professional experience in video production.
3. Professional experience in lighting and audio engineering.
4. Professional experience in AVL installations.
5. Able to play a musical instrument is strongly desired.
6. Problem solving skills required.
7. Ability to formulate upgrade strategies, desire to stay up-to-date on
emerging technologies.
8. Must be able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
9. Expert knowledge of computers and software (Macintosh/Apple, Adobe
products, Google Apps Suite, MS Office products), required.
10. Understanding of computer ethernet based computer networking.
Technology Ministry Expectations for Employees

● You will be a team player. Be on board with what is going on here at First Naples, not
against it. Your ideas and concerns are important, but when the decision is made
support it even if you are against it.
● You will maintain a humble and teachable spirit.
● Your communication with staff members and ministries (via email, texting, voice call,
etc.) will be timely, with a sense of urgency.
● You will keep your office organized and clean.
● You will keep your appearance in compliance with the Technology Ministry Dress
code.
● You will have a happy, welcoming and inviting attitude by taking the initiative of
greeting your co-workers and First Naples guests first.
● You will be helpful, not a hindrance to the ministry of First Naples.
● Do all things without grumbling or complaining (Philippians 2:14)
● You will understand that your timing is not necessarily the timing of the
ministries you support.
● Lastly, be a hard worker. We are blessed to work here at First Naples and
we should never take that for granted.
