About: Caffeine Academy is a state-of-the-art educational facility where we teach our students of all abilities to become DJs, music producers, videographers, and much more. We provide our students with talented instructors with years of experience as professionals in their fields. Our curriculum incorporates both the content creation and business aspects of the DJ/music/video industry. We teach the latest technologies utilizing top-of-the-line equipment. Position Overview: As a Music Production Instructor, you will create a supportive and encouraging environment, fostering musical growth, self-expression, and social interaction among students. Along with this, you will provide private instruction to students, which may include music production, music theory and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt musical arrangements to accommodate various abilities and learning styles
- Foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere where all members feel valued and supported
- Provide individual and group instruction to help participants develop their vocal skills
- Organize and participate in community performances and events to showcase the choir’s talents
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any relevant information
- Using Logic Pro X to create original music
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus
- Experience with Logic Pro X
- Strong vocal and musical skills with the ability to teach a variety of musical genres
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with diverse populations
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of choir members
- Prior experience in leading choirs or musical groups is preferred
- Have a friendly, upbeat, and inviting personality
- Vocal experience is a plus
- Piano experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
