Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Baltimore, MD is seeking a passionate Music-Bucket band member to join our vibrant team. Compensation:

$25 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead engaging music workshops for youth participants using music-buckets as instruments.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and foster creativity in young musicians.
  • Coordinate performances and showcases to showcase the talents of the youth music-bucket band.
  • Maintain music-bucket instruments and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support the overall mission and goals of the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in musical performance
  • Proficiency in playing various musical instruments
  • Strong improvisational skills
  • Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences
  • US Work Authorization
