Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a freelance podcast producer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the podcast's creation, ensuring high-quality audio content, and delivering episodes that engage and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Collaborate with the host(s) and creative team to develop episode themes, scripts, and guest ideas.
• Recording & Editing: Oversee and manage recording sessions, including remote and in-studio setups. Edit raw audio into polished episodes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional quality.
• Audio Engineering: Ensure audio levels, transitions, and sound effects are clean and professional. Manage intro/outro music and any additional audio elements.
• Publishing: Upload episodes to podcast platforms with compelling titles, descriptions, and show notes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a podcast producer or in a similar audio production role.
• Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or Pro Tools).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Podbean, or Anchor).
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audio content.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under deadlines.
