About Us
We are an innovative AI-driven CRM firm, revolutionizing the auto and RV dealership industry with cutting-edge technology powered by Olivia, our AI assistant. While our core business lies in redefining CRM capabilities, we are dedicated to creating platforms that drive conversations, build credibility, and inspire innovation beyond our niche.
Our upcoming podcast aims to serve as a dynamic forum for thought leadership, exploring the intersection of AI, technology, and big ideas. Rather than a direct sales tool, this podcast will foster highly engaging, value-driven conversations that establish us as leaders in the broader tech ecosystem. The ultimate goal is to build a trusted and respected platform that organically enhances our brand visibility and drives audience engagement.
About the Role
We’re seeking an expert Podcast Strategist and Producer to lead the creation, execution, and promotion of this initiative. With a targeted launch date of January 1, this podcast will feature compelling dialogues with influential thought leaders in AI and technology. Hosted by our CEO, Richard Latman—a visionary with extensive experience working alongside innovators like Steve Jobs and Sam Altman—the podcast will reflect our commitment to thought-provoking, meaningful content.
This is a strategic leadership role, not just a production position. We’re looking for someone who understands the podcasting process end-to-end, from conceptualization to promotion, and who can bring best practices, innovative ideas, and clear execution plans to the table.
You’ll define the strategy, positioning, branding, and rollout of the podcast while collaborating with our Creative Director and support team. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in identifying and aligning high-caliber guests whose insights and reputation will drive engagement and elevate the podcast's standing. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our brand by building a platform that sparks conversations and resonates with a broad audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Define the podcast’s positioning, name, branding, and overall strategy to ensure alignment with our company’s goals and values.
- Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire podcast lifecycle, including planning, guest outreach, content development, recording, editing, and publishing.
- Guest Alignment: Identify and secure thought leaders and innovators in AI and technology to join the podcast, ensuring engaging and relevant discussions.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with our CEO, Marketing team, and Creative Director to ensure the podcast reflects our vision and leverages available resources.
- Promotional Strategy: Lead the podcast's promotional efforts alongside the marketing dept., focusing on LinkedIn as the primary platform, while integrating strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Social Media Alignment: Develop a cohesive social media strategy that amplifies the podcast’s impact while supporting broader marketing objectives.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the podcast integrates seamlessly into our overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in podcast strategy, production, and promotion, with a strong understanding of current trends and technologies.
- Portfolio of Success: Demonstrated success in launching and managing high-quality podcasts, with examples showcasing strategic leadership and creativity.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience developing and executing social media strategies, with a focus on LinkedIn and supplemental platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage thought leaders and present ideas effectively.
- Organizational Excellence: Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Visionary: A passion for storytelling, innovation, and creating content that sparks meaningful conversations.
- Local Commitment: Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work onsite at our Beverly Hills office.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balance.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Opportunities for professional development and career growth in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
