Abstraction Media Inc., a multi-faceted production company, is looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to join the team behind Inside OnlyFans, hosted by CJ Sparxx and Kayla Lauren. This popular podcast dives deep into the world of OnlyFans, exploring behind-the-scenes stories, industry insights, and candid conversations with top creators and influencers. If you’re well-versed in the OnlyFans industry and have the production chops to create engaging, professional content, we want you on board. This is 20 to 30 hours a week work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate guest scheduling, balancing availability with the demands of the show’s production timeline
• All Social media posting/marketing etc on all platforms 
• Stay up-to-date on trends within the OnlyFans and broader adult content industry to ensure relevant, engaging episodes.
• Patreon management and growing subscribers
• Research trending topics and great talking points for the podcast
• Collaborate closely with the hosts and guests to ensure dynamic and polished episodes.
• Maintain and grow the podcast’s audience through strategic promotion, partnerships, and content engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience producing a successful podcast or similar content series.
• Extensive knowledge of the podcast industry and trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for tight schedules.
• Knowledgeable in social media marketing and management
• Experience working independently and creatively to overcome production challenges.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience producing video clips for podcast promotion on social media.
• Knowledge of audience growth strategies, particularly in the OnlyFans space.
