What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Public Relations Assistant Account Executive that will support the PR team in day-to-day tactical execution against PR strategies to achieve goals and objectives for agency clients and &Barr. Responsibilities include writing; editing; proofreading; media relations; online research to identify targeted opportunities; reporting and analysis; project management; and problem solving, all while helping to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate would have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent project management and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications or Journalism.
At 2 years of public relations experience.
AP Style proficiency.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Must be able to work in office 4 days a week.
Nice to haves:
Corporate and Agency experience.
