Seattle Theatre Group (STG) is a nonprofit organization established in 1990 to create enriching arts experiences, engage diverse communities, and preserve historic theaters. Our performances include Broadway shows, concerts, comedy, dance performances, and speaking events. Our Education and Community Engagement (ECE) Programs offer small classes, workshops, and summer camps for community members.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Promotion & Partnership Coordinator to build and increase participation and engagement with STG's audiences. The objective is to attract new audiences and partners and help achieve organizational goals using data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, a wealth of innovative ideas, and a strong network within relevant communities. Additionally, the candidate must be able to build, collaborate, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be proficient in utilizing a ticketing database to create targeted outreach for promotional activities. The coordinator must be data-driven and use data to make informed decisions and increase engagement. The pay range for this position is $28.88 to $43.32 per hour, plus benefits which include medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and Life Insurance as well as 403b with discretionary match. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the CMCO, develop and implement effective promotional opportunities, marketing, and communication strategies for targeted new audiences.
Generate and test new marketing strategies to engage and drive audience engagement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing audiences and partnerships.
Develop and execute data-driven innovative initiatives, strategies, approaches, and partnerships to proactively engage with new audiences and partners.
Lead and plan KPIs for each target audience and report progress regularly.
Research, analyze, evaluate, and apply findings associated with diversifying audiences.
Collaborate with the DEIA Director and ECE departments.
Other duties may be assigned as needed, with the flexibility to take on new roles or responsibilities as the company evolves.

QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of professional experience in marketing, non-profit arts organizations, audience development, and marketing communications preferred.
Must thrive in a team environment.
Experience with ticketing databases and computers. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
Attention to detail and follow-through are a must.
Excellent analytical, data-driven, and organizational skills.
Must have a proven track record of effectively interacting with the public.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, and persuade internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at all levels.
Able to focus, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must handle pressure situations tactfully and diplomatically, accomplishing objectives with a collaborative work style.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must have a proven relationship-building track record and effective communication strategies.
Proficiency with using Microsoft Office; quickly learning and using new software.
Weekend, holiday, evening, and on-call work related to events and emergencies is required as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work in an office environment as well as a hybrid work schedule.
