About the Job
The Health Education & Promotion Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing the health and well-being of Foxconn employees by overseeing the day-to-day operations of health education and promotion programs. They are tasked with crafting, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive range of health education activities aimed at enhancing the overall health outcomes of employees. This role demands adept planning and delivery skills, coupled with a keen ability to assess program effectiveness. Given the geographical spread of work sites, primarily between Milwaukee and Racine, this position requires frequent travel to ensure consistent and widespread program delivery.

Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements health education and promotion training programs based on evidence-based strategies, best practice examples, sound literature, creative and innovative ideas, and internal research and experts.
- Adopts tools to assess health and wellness needs, analyze results, and create content and activities to address identified needs.
- Collects, inputs, and analyzes statistical data for program planning, reporting, and evaluation to maximize program engagement.
- Coordinates the delivery of services to assure a high quality of professional service, maintenance of corporate standards, and monitors performance in relation to goals and objectives.
- Acts as a lead instructor for DIH training center's various health education programs, overseeing the implementation of the program offering.
- Develop and lead effective health education and promotion events using evidence from the needs assessment and research on best practices.
- Researches and develops relevant training programs, materials, SOPs, and presentations for the DIH training center; assists and supports instructors in the delivery of training as needed.
- Remains current on research and trends in response to the changing health and social landscapes.
- Assists Senior Manager of Employee Health and Wellness in monitoring and overseeing budget activity and purchase requests for assigned programs, including recommending modifications when needed.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- BS in public health, health education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate wellness, health promotion, and health education.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups of various education levels.
- Effective conflict resolution abilities and the ability to be solution-orientated.
- Effective public speaking skills; presentation skills are highly preferred.

- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
