We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the PR department, you will support the development and execution of strategic PR campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for communication, organization, and media relations.



Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate and manage press inquiries, including liaising with journalists and media contacts.
  • Support the development of client presentations, reports, and media coverage analysis.
  • Maintain and update media lists, monitoring relevant media coverage and trends.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including press conferences, media tours, and other public relations activities.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor PR strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the PR team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Help maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in PR or communications is a plus, but not required.
