Job Overview
We are seeking to add a new team member with Marketing and Public Relations experience in the SaaS industry (preferably in the InsureTech space). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating and implementing successful marketing and public relations strategies.
ClaimDeck sits at the intersection of technology, insurance, and law. ClaimDeck is bringing technology to two very traditional industries that have yet to be fully modernized and it is doing it in a transparent and elegant way. It is improving the processes and outcomes where legal and insurance meet in litigated claims while also improving the working lives of the attorneys and claims professionals operating in this space. - Develop and execute marketing and public relations plans that support the company's overall business objectives
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of messaging and marketing efforts
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key media and industry influencers, including journalists, bloggers, and social media personalities
- Create compelling content for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email, blog, and website
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and public relations efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of marketing and public relations initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing and public relations strategies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing and public relations team
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS environment, InsureTech preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling messaging for a variety of audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing and public relations strategies
- Proven ability to manage projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools is a plus
