- Schedule: typically, 8am-4:30pm M-F, but may be required before, during and/or after normal business hours

CMA requires Court Reporting Services.
Education/Experience:
The Court Reporter shall hold the certification as a National Court Reports Association (NCRA) Registered Professional Reporter (RPR), or equivalent.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The employee shall join promptly at the time and date designated and be able to access and participate in the virtual remote proceedings requiring audio and video equipment capabilities.
- The employee shall present themselves to the presiding official at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the time and at the place of designated hearings, or the necessary length of time required to set up all required equipment and be able to begin verbatim reporting at the designated time; or in the case of a telephonic investigation shall make telephone contact to the presiding official at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start time.
- At all times be governed by the instructions of the presiding official in matters affecting the composition of the record to include but not limited to: adjournment to other times or places, the hours of hearing, and matters of like character.
- Report everything spoken verbatim while a proceeding is in session unless the presiding official directs an off-the-record discussion.
- Not omit from the record any part of a proceeding for which notes have been taken as required unless the presiding official so directs.
- Mark and number letter exhibits and arrange them in numerical or alphabetical order if directed to do so by the presiding official.
- Understand that there will be an occasional need for extending a hearing session beyond the scheduled proceeding(s).
- The employee shall furnish satisfactory transcripts which conform to the requirements and accurately reflect the full and complete verbatim record of the proceedings.
- The employee shall furnish transcripts which are legible.
