SMAKK Studios is hiring: Studio Intern in New York

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Studio Intern at SMAKK, you’ll be working side-by-side with our team ensuring all things at SMAKK run smoothly. You’ll be busy assisting our project managers, managing the studio itself from IT to preparing the studio for client visits, planning and managing our social media, assisting with marketing and events, helping manage our calendar, and working behind-the-scenes during client photoshoots. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn firsthand how a design studio is run and has an interest in marketing, account management, production, and project management. You’re a jack of all trades with exceptional organizational skills that can complete multiple tasks on time and with creative flair. Our best interns have joined us full-time after the end of their internship, so we have high hopes for you.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a 4-Year Degree Program.
• Exceptional organizational Skills
• Great Communication Skills - written and presentation
• Ability to work quickly as part of a fast-paced team
• Fast learner with a great memory for details
• Must be a humble, team player with a positive attitude
• Experience with digital & social media is a bonus
• You know how to present yourself professionally and maturely, this includes knowing how to dress for the job, especially when you’re working with clients.

*The base salary hiring range for this position is $36,600 - $46,600, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
