Position Summary:
Each shift at Holiday Magic Studios features two Studio Assistants. One Assistant manages the Check-In Podium, serving as the initial point of contact for guests. This Assistant welcomes arriving families, manages the flow of families into the studio, assists with appointment rescheduling, and answers questions about the in-studio and post-session processes. The other Assistant acts as the Studio Assistant, working alongside the Photographer to set up shots and keep children engaged during photo sessions. This Assistant also informs families on how to access their photos after their session has ended.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming all guests to the studio with a smile.
- Assisting guests in the appointment check-in process.
- Managing the on-time flow of families into the studio for their appointments.
- Addressing guests' questions and concerns with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assisting the Photographer during in-studio sessions.
- Guiding guests on how to retrieve their photos post-session.
- Assisting the other team members in cleaning the studio before and after each shift.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with customers.
- Have a reliable means of transportation.
- Possess basic computer literacy skills.
- Be comfortable navigating a website on a touchscreen computer.
- Have the physical capability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Convey confidence in resolving customer concerns.
- Commit to attending in-person training sessions.
- Commit to completing online training modules.
- Successfully pass required screenings, including a background check and national sex offender search
