Job Summary
SweatHouz Pike + Rose is seeking a highly motivated sales & people-person to lead our dynamic studio team. The SWTHZ studio manager plays a critical role in leading and motivating their team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence. The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of the Pike + Rose studio’s performance. This includes overseeing and driving revenue, sales, studio operations, customer experience and community impact.
The ideal candidate is a sales and customer service expert, with incredible leadership skills. They have experience in selling themselves, coaching salespeople, sales team management, customer service training, marketing and lead generation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and Membership Growth (40% of role)
Achieve studio membership and revenue goals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Provide exceptional sales support: Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Track and analyze membership data: Monitor key membership KPI’s and use insights to form strategic decision making.
Partner with marketing team: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads.
Leadership & Team Management (40% of role)
Build and cultivate a high performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
Develop and coach team members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Lead by example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same.
Performance management: Implementation of effective performance management practices, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews
Operational Excellence (20% of role)
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations: Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, inviting, safe studio environment: implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members.
Manage studio cleanliness: Allocate cleaning staff in a manner that keeps attrition under 7%
Identify and implement operational improvements: Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed.

- Persuasion: Relationship based selling is not coercion but building trust and value. Can you build trust with studio guests (intro’s) that creates a compelling vision for why they should join and become a member at the studio?
- Delegation and Empowerment: Are you able to delegate in a manner that yields strong revenue and membership targets?
Minimum Educational Level / Certification
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Degree in a related field (not required)
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certification (AED) received through in person training (required prior to start date)
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in management
1+ year experience in sales
1+ year experience with relationship-based selling, building value, overcoming objections
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
