StretchMed® Marlborough MA is searching for a highly motivated and capable individual to join our fast-growing team as a full-time Studio Manager for our brand-new location. This newly constructed studio, conveniently located in the Apex center on Rt 20 in Marlborough MA presents an exciting opportunity for rapid growth and development. Who We Are

StretchMed® is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model that comes out of the fitness space. Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! Our proprietary stretch protocols were developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience working with clients in fitness.

StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 1-on-1 stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 2 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. All stretch appointments end with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stretch Therapy - Performs stretch therapy and leads a team of therapists to ensure consistent high quality care & service. Oversees client satisfaction & retention.
• Operations - Assumes total responsibility to oversee and ensure the studio is operating effectively, according to company policy & protocol, and local franchise owner standards.
• People Leadership & Management - Direct, develop, recruit, train, and manage studio team members.
• Sales Success - Drives sales performance. Fully accountable for individual, team members, and studio results.
• Marketing, Outreach, Social Media - Responsible for planning & executing pop-up events, building affiliate relationships, grassroots marketing, B2B outreach, coordinating with ad agencies, and creating social content.
• Admin & other - Duties may include but are not limited to; lead follow-up, ensures studio cleanliness, scheduling clients / team members, leading team meetings, attending company meetings. responding to client inquiries & issues, reviewing & completing reports, supplies & inventory, retail management, etc.

Initially you will stretch a decent amount during the start up phase. As the studio membership and revenue grows, you will continue to hire and develop therapists, allowing you to stretch less. This will allow you to spend more of your time developing therapists and growing the business through proven franchise systems.

You will have complete management of the Marlborough MA location, overseeing all operations under the leadership and direction of the location owner. You will have full transparency of the studio P&L's and will receive a percentage of the profit once key metrics are hit.

This position has unlimited growth potential, as long as you can continue to "develop therapists", and run a profitable studio, you will have limitless ability to open new studios and continue to receive a percentage of those profits.

Requirements

• Certification, license, or degree in exercise science or massage related field
• Ability to learn fast and follow systems
• Ability to drive and coach service & sales performance
• Must be able to reliably commute to location
• Likes working with people and leading a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Capable of facilitating assisted stretching sessions, which requires manual dexterity and the strength to guide and support clients through stretches.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $55,000 - 70,000 per year based on performance

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Marlborough MA Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Massage Therapy License, Personal Training Certification, Physical Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Sports Medicine Degree, Yoga Certification, Kinesiology / Exercise Science Degree.
• Preferable CPR/AED certified.
