Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Document current manufacturing operations .
• Document hidden factory capture.
• Perform time studies for production lines.
• Review, create, and update electronic manufacturing work instructions for related manufacturing processes.
• Update inspection-related instructions to adhere to current processes.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes.
• Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development.
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Desired Skills:

• Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience a plus.
• Previous experience with electro-mechanical products preferred.
• Previous experience with documenting manufacturing processes preferred.
• Proficient with GD&T concepts.
• Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results.
• Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders.
• Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Mostly Shop Floor Environments with more than half the day spent standing/walking. Occasional office involvement.
• Substantial amounts of computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
• Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
