UX+UI Coordinator Job at QuintEvents in Charlotte

The Role 

As a member of our UX+UI Team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to effectively support the UX+UI Strategy for all company websites from our Charlotte, NC headquarters. 

Responsibilities  

• Working closely with Marketing on product launches including events, products and programs 

• Responsible for ensuring Product Launch process on website is adhered to 

• Assessing the usability of websites and making constructive suggestions for improvements while collaborating with internal teams 

• Responsible for the success, failures and accuracy of our sites including product launches, site features, layouts, etc.  

• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently  

• Collaborating and communicating effectively with entire UX+UI & marketing team  

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems  

• Manage HTML based digital sales tool   

Requirements 

• Experience in a relevant UX+UI Role 

• Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS  

• High attention to detail 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all while maintaining a high quality of work 

• Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) 

• Fluent in responsive development 

• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment 

• Resourceful, innovative, creative and flexible 

• Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented 

• Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues 

• Strong communication skills
