About Us: Ammo is a fast-growing agency specializing in supporting high-growth tech companies and startups with mission-critical website operations, particularly those using Webflow. Our clients demand the highest level of quality, reliability, and scalability for their web experiences. We’re looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Web Designer to join our team and help deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality, responsive websites that align with client goals and branding, ensuring top-tier user experience.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to create design wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals.
Work efficiently with our retainer-based clients, maintaining consistency and quality in deliverables.
Must be able to build and replicate existing designs
Ensure that projects are completed quickly, with a high level of detail and organization.
Be super responsive and proactive in our Slack channels throughout the day, addressing feedback and collaborating with the team in real-time.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in UI/UX web design with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various industries, especially tech and startup clients.
Expertise in Webflow or similar website design tools, with the ability to translate designs into functional web pages.
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM CST and remain responsive in our communication channels (Slack).
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A passion for creating innovative, user-friendly web designs that deliver measurable results.
Ability to balance speed with quality—delivering designs quickly without compromising attention to detail.
