About the Role

As a UI/UX developer lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing rich and engaging graphical user interfaces and user experiences for web applications using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work.
  • Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.
  • Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the UI/UX designs.
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the UI/UX designs to the developers and customers.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design, etc.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
  • Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis.
  • A strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and accessibility.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
