Role: UI/UX Designer /Developer ( 3-5 Years exp.) Work Location: Chicago, IL ( Hybrid for 2 days) Required Experience: 3+ Years Skills: 60% -UI and 40% -UX Job Specifications Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent relevant business experience Has 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces and interaction design for rich interactive web sites and/or applications Has a solid understanding of modern web technologies and interaction patterns and experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments, including mobile-first and responsive design Demonstrates exceptional user interface and user experience design skills and an understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principals, as well as an eye for subtle detail Has experience in participating on project teams and ability to clearly and effectively communicate (both verbal and written) design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients Proven experience designing for multiple devices, such as mobile and tablet Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design Ability to work as part of an Agile team and influence business partners, Product Owner, and development team on the need for strong design Demonstrates expertise with standard UI/UX and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc Operates with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines Clearly demonstrates analytical ability and critical thinking skills Passion for results - bringing forward new methods or tools to help advance the platform Able to work in parallel with US and global teams. Ability to resolve issues and conflicts with team members Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus Basic understanding or knowledge of Software Testing a plus.
