While this position is remote, our client is preferring candidates who are in the immediate Denver, CO area.
In addition, to be considered for this role you
must : Live in the United States and be able to work Mountain Time Zone hours. Be authorized to work in the United States. Not require sponsorship at any point during the length of the temp assignment/contract. C2C is not allowed for this position. Job Responsibilities:
Research Leadership:
Lead and own research projects from inception to completion, including defining research goals, developing methodologies, conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. User-Centered Design:
Ensure that the end-user perspective is prioritized throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and efficient user experiences. Usability Evaluation:
Conduct usability evaluations and heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement. Data Analysis:
Analyze user research data to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns. Use data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to share research findings and advocate for user-centered design principles. Communication:
Effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, using clear and concise language. Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred. Experience:
5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field. Proven track record of conducting user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews. Skills:
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Proficiency in user research tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Qualtrics). Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.97 to $73.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
