Senior UX Researcher Overview: The Sr. UX Researcher will join the Digital Technology Experience Design team. The UX Researcher will be responsible for planning, leading and executing research to understand the context & needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation. They will need to work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team of designers, effectively integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases. They will communicate research findings through artifacts such as presentations, charts, and visuals.
