Job Description
The Senior UX Designer is capable of consistently producing multiple fresh and ownable conceptual design approaches. They will collaborate with copywriters, UI, and Development to solve the challenges from our client, fulfill the CD’s creative vision, and co-lead the effort to think through and create an excellent user experience throughout our client’s website. Please note: this role requires the employee to be onsite at the client's office in Stanford, CT at least one day/month.
What You'll Do:
- Create best-in-class user experience suggestions for our client; using marketing knowledge and story-telling
- Concept out-of-the-box solutions and present ideas to our clients
- Create excellent wireframes for the user experiences we’ll be creating
- Work on tight-turn projects and comfortable with the ebb/flow of agency workloads
- Answer a creative brief with innovative concept and top-level executed designs
What You'll Need:
- 6+ years of experience at a marketing or advertising agency; 5+ working in a UX position
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred
- Proven ability to design against a creative brief, exhibited through a portfolio or existing work
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite (PSD, XD, AI, Dn) and Figma
- Ability to work with comprehensive design systems, with understanding of latest UX and UI trends
- Understands best practices for mobile user experiences, as well as e-commerce digital experiences
