Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club Inc is hiring: UI Designer - CONTRACT ROLE

We are seeking a skilled UI Designer (Contractor) to join our team for a 4-month assignment. This role works on all UI graphic efforts for web, email, social, and application development projects. This includes defining wireframes, web design for websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platform, emails, and digital media. This contractor serves as a critical contributor to the success of the product design, going beyond understanding usability principals to drive ease of use and simplicity despite the complexity of underlying web applications.

• Create designs from the standpoint of user interaction, information architecture, workflow, visual design, and overall usability.
• Designer for all major Marketing Campaigns; this includes competitor analysis and creating promotional ads based on initial concepts provided by senior designers. Review designs with managers/directors implementing changes based on feedback and design direction.
• Works within Figma platform to produce prototypes, artboards, and design systems that improve communications, collaboration, and streamline our design production processes.
• Experience with responsive design, works with Bootstrap to code consistent UX functionality and appropriate designs across all screen sizes.
• Ensures new designs adhere to our branding, design standards and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with manager on the production of the Web/Email Standards documentation.
• Coordinate with senior designers and directors to create new styles for designs, such as elevating animation production, gif animations, and CSS animations.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing web-based user interfaces.
• Expertise with HTML5, CSS3, Figma, and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator); jQuery required.
• Independent self-starter with strong organizational skills and desire to continue learning new web technologies, including core applications and design tools.
• Proficient in Bootstrap framework, media queries, and methods of responsive design.
• Experience in different design technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
• Sitecore, Workfront experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and personal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
