For more information about Oracle (NYSE:ORCL), visit us at . What We're Looking For: We're looking for an entry-level User Experience Researcher to join the Oracle NetSuite product team. You will work with a cross-functional team to help deliver against a roadmap, execute research at all stages of the end to end design process, and keep customer insights alive during product development. You will be part of a global UX research team that supports many product areas across the NetSuite organization. The research team is a team of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods experts and product design experts. Our backgrounds may vary but we all share some common attributes - we are curious, empathetic, data-driven, love looking for patterns in data, and are passionate about improving the NetSuite experience for the people we design for. This position will enable you to grow your research skills and give you opportunities to be mentored and work alongside a diverse and knowledgeable team of research peers. Career Level - IC2 Responsibilities What you'll do: + Collaborate with Experience Design (designers and other researchers), product management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help establish research strategy, methodology, and process for product team projects. + Execute and deliver user interviews, usability testing and surveys + Provide design feedback + Report writing + This is a very hands-on role and includes helping with participant recruitment, data collection, data synthesis and analysis, and delivery of findings and recommendations. + Contribute to the refinement of a global research practice with their own unique viewpoint. Objective Minimum Qualifications To be considered for a UX Research position in the NetSuite GBU, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript. + Working toward an advanced-level degree in User Experience, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Usability Engineering, Information Science, or a related field (ex. MS, MA, PhD). + Are fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. + Have demonstrated experience planning and executing the following types of research and usability evaluation activities, through coursework, projects, internships, and/or research assistantships. Knowledge of interviewing, knowledge of UX Research techniques, knowledge of UX metrics and statistics + Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US. + Authorized to work in the US in 2024. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
