The opportunity
Our team is focused on helping people around the globe work more collaboratively, expressively and efficiently. We are building the tools that allow anyone to quickly access an entire world of creative content from Adobe.
We are looking for a Staff Experience Designer to play an integral part in crafting the future of Adobe’s content marketplace. Help us define and develop a framework for how our site co-exists with emerging Generative AI tools across the Adobe ecosystem. You will have a hand in how Adobe is planning to shape the future of work and creativity — and closely collaborate with partners across various product teams to discover and define the most compelling experiences for potential development over the next 1–5 years.
What you'll do
Design simple, elegant & intuitive experiences, powered by generative AI, that bring trust, delight and efficiency to users’ creative workflows.
Systems Thinking. Evolve our expanding product offering by developing consistent IA, resolving new entry points, and create flexible frameworks for a cohesive end to end experience.
Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts (via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations) while using and extending a design system.
Pro-actively Collaborate. Dig in with prototypers, engineers, and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies and emergent user needs.
Be an advocate for the user. Use customer feedback, research, and data analytics to discover unexpected insights and gain a deeper understanding of user's goals.
Lead. Inspire teammates and forge relationships across the company. Show design-thought leadership through collaborative sessions and workshops with partners.
What you need to succeed
Related degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in product design with a proven track record of success.
Experience with Adobe tools like Illustrator, and Photoshop and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.
A history of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation through implementation.
Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking.
Ability to proficiently facilitate brainstorming sessions, cultivate the creative thinking process, build compelling presentation decks or videos, and present concept pitches.
How to apply
To be considered for this role, please submit a resume. Include examples of work you feel demonstrates you have the skills needed to succeed.
