Ping is looking for a Video Producer for our In-House Brand and Creative team.
The video producer will play a key role in developing and executing video and photography content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, webinars, executive interviews, and product demos. You will collaborate with the marketing, product management, executive, and creative teams to produce videos that engage, educate, and inspire our audience. Your work will help Ping Identity drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and edit video content for a variety of marketing needs, including product demos, webinars, customer testimonials, event promotion and coverage, social media, and campaigns
- Use your storytelling skills to break down complex concepts into digestible, visually engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with brand and design team members to conceptualize creative campaign treatments and brand realization
- Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists in collaboration with stakeholders and the broader creative team to align video content with messaging and brand goals
- Partner well with other marketers, product management, sales, and executives to understand video and photography needs and ensure content aligns with business objectives
- Lead and manage all aspects of video and still photography creation, ensuring high-quality production and post-production standards including editing, motion graphics, animations, sound design, color correction, and captioning
- Travel occasionally to capture customer, executive, and event content and remotely manage third party production teams capturing content at other events
- Manage and organize video and photography assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of footage for future use
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of producing high quality video, photography, and animation assets, from concept to final delivery for B2B brands, preferably in the technology, IAM, or cybersecurity space
- Experience managing end-to-end video production - including scripting, storyboarding, equipment set-up, lighting, shooting, and post-production, whether on-location or in-studio
- Advanced skills in photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, etc.) and motion graphics tools (e.g. After Effects)
- Strong understanding of optimizing for various video formats and delivery platforms
- Ability to produce assets across a wide range of styles, from technical demos and explainer videos to customer stories and brand videos
- Expert visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and design
- Experience creating content that simplifies complex, technical topics
- A curious, collaborative, customer service mindset, with excellent communication and time management skills
- Prefer experience with live streaming, webinar hosting, and/or knowledge of video SEO
Salary Range: $88,000 - $98,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
