Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and creative Video Production Specialist with a strong background in video production, including set management, AV equipment operation, and post-production editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire video production process, from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality.
The Video Production Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set operations, and post-production editing. They will operate and maintain AV equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and editing software. Coordinating and overseeing video shoots, ensuring all technical and creative aspects are executed effectively will also be a main responsibility as well as editing raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, adding effects, graphics, music, and sound as needed. They must be able to collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts, along with ensuring all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines.

They are responsible for the entire video production process, from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality. It is also required that the Video Production Specialist Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video production and continuously improve skills and techniques. This is an in-office position, based out of our Lincoln, NE headquarters. Ability to travel to shoot locations is required as necessary. Assume other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Media Arts, Visual Communication or relevant degree preferred. Equivalent Experience considered as well.
• Proven experience in video production, including set management, AV equipment operation, and post-production editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video production work is required.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to lift, carry, and set up video equipment, weighing up to 75 lbs

• Ability to travel both air and surface – valid driver’s license required
• In Office Position. 4.5-day regular work week.
• The ability to commute daily to local office is required.
