We are seeking a talented Video Producer to support our paid social media efforts. This is a contract role for 2-3 months, with the potential for renewal or transition into a full-time position based on performance and company needs. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging, performance-driven video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
As a Video Producer, you will play a critical role in developing creative assets that align with our brand's goals and drive key metrics like engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative strategy for paid social media, especially on Meta and TikTok, to drive performance metrics (CTR, CPA, Sales, ROAS).
- Edit and optimize user-generated content from influencers and creators to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Conceptualize, produce, and distribute high-quality video assets for social media and other digital platforms to support sales growth.
- Develop creative briefs for content creators, both for paid and organic campaigns, based on performance insights.
- Analyze creative performance data and collaborate with the paid media and influencer teams to optimize content across platforms.
- Create visually engaging ads and marketing materials using tools like Figma, Adobe, and Canva to boost performance.
- Monitor and rotate creative assets across platforms, using data insights to continually optimize performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends and proactively implement new ideas to improve creative strategy.
- Lead regular performance reviews with cross-functional teams to refine and improve creative content.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong results orientation with demonstrated initiative and leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a track record of delivering business results.
- In-depth understanding of consumer trends and the ability to turn insights into performance-driven creative.
- Proficient in video editing and graphic design with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Familiar with industry best practices in performance marketing.
- Experience in CPG, fashion, or fast-paced e-commerce environments preferred.
- Ability to influence decision-making and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results.
