Crowley Webb is looking for a part-time social media content video specialist to create short-form video content for our agency, Praxis (our patient recruitment division), and a wide variety of clients. The ideal candidate will have personal and professional experience creating social video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, as well as a passion for new social media trends and platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form social media videos (e.g., Instagram Reels and TikTok videos)
  • Use creative editing techniques to produce engaging video content
  • Develop and collaborate with our sr. social media manager and VP, public relations on social media content strategies and calendars
  • Stay ahead of social media industry trends and research new networks/platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
  • Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
  • Work collaboratively with our PR, social, video, creative, and digital teams to ensure a consistent brand identity
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a relevant field (e.g., PR, social media, marketing)
  • Personal and professional experience creating social video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube)
  • Ability to use creative storytelling skills in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment
  • Existing video knowledge and experience on various social media platforms
  • Deep familiarity with social media space, influencer landscape, digital trends, and tactics
  • Interest in the public relations/social media industry, as well as current affairs, news media and social media trends
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently on projects once directed
  • Ability to effectively manage timelines and deadlines, confidently negotiate, and bring new ideas to the table
  • Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive


Hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00

Compensation is always based on the unique set of skills, knowledge, and experience a candidate brings to the position.
