Go Local Promotions Inc. is seeking a skilled Lead Visual Installer to join our Visual Installations team for the Duty-Free stores at Dulles International Airport. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing vinyl wraps on walls and furniture, repairing fixtures as needed, and overseeing advertising visual installations for multiple brands. This is an “On Call” position with the potential to transition into a steady full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Vision: Work closely with our creative and production teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Precision Installation: Safely and efficiently install visual elements, including signage, graphics, displays, and lighting fixtures.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Address challenges proactively and troubleshoot issues during installations.
• Craftsmanship Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all installations.
• Experience: Proven track record in visual installation, particularly in retail environments. Experience with marketing agencies, print shops, event production, or trade shows is a plus.
• Tool Mastery: Proficient in using various installation tools and equipment.
• Aesthetic Precision: Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project schedules.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
