We are in the process of bringing a Web Developer on board, who will be primarily focused on the backend development of Magento. This role is situated in the Professional Services industry, located in Edina, Minnesota, United States. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external development agencies to audit and assess current project timelines.

• Establish and configure coding environments for the development team.

• Manage the setup and operation of training and actual environments for internal team use.

• Ensure efficient workflow and smooth integration within the team.

• Utilize Netsuite for integration or related tasks when necessary.

• Handle the coordination of creating training environments for our internal team.

• Use Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management.

• Develop and manage APIs and implement AB Testing where required.

• Utilize ASP.NET for backend development tasks.

• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the Magento Ecommerce platform.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Web Developer or similar.

• Proficient in Atlassian Jira and Bug Tracking.

• Strong skills in Backend Development.

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS).

• Knowledge of AB Testing and API Development.

• Proficiency in ASP.NET is essential.

• Experience with Magento and Magento Ecommerce platforms.

• Familiarity with NetSuite.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
