Position Available: Full Stack Web Developer (PHP/Drupal)

Role Overview:
Rove Concepts is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Stack Web Developer (PHP/Drupal) to drive and optimize our digital presence, enhancing customer engagement and online functionality. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in web development, particularly in e-commerce and luxury retail, with a focus on crafting seamless and visually appealing user experiences. This role will report to the Director of Digital Operations and will be pivotal in supporting our digital strategies by implementing and refining features on our website, ensuring smooth integrations with back-end systems, and enhancing performance. The successful candidate will excel in both front-end and back-end development, contribute innovative ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a high-impact, user-friendly online experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead front-end and back-end development on our PHP and Drupal platform, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices in web development.
- Implement strategies to enhance site functionality, streamline the user journey, and improve conversion rates, supporting Rove Concepts' digital sales objectives.
- Partner with the Digital Operations, Marketing, and Design teams to align web functionalities with overall brand and business goals, ensuring a cohesive online experience.
- Track and report on web traffic and performance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvements and meet growth targets.
- Regularly update security protocols to protect user data and ensure all e-commerce transactions are secure.
- Work with design and front-end teams to improve site aesthetics, navigation, and user experience, ensuring a visually compelling and user-friendly interface.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 5 Years in Web Development with PHP and Drupal Experience
- Experience in optimizing websites for performance, conversions, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, as well as familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Skilled in using analytics tools to gather insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Preferred educational background in web development, IT, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a drive for continuous improvement.
