The Role:

The Platform Manager, Website & CMS is responsible for the end-to-end management of Crisis Prevention Institute’s global public website property and content management system (CMS). In this role, you will drive website enhancement projects through the conception, execution, and maintenance stages, collaborating with the Content, Design, Product, eCommerce, Automation, and Digital Experience teams to deliver a holistic website experience for CPI’s prospect marketing initiatives. Additionally, the Platform Manager, Website & CMS will establish and maintain best practices for website content management workflows, providing leadership, training, and technical support for CMS content editors.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Manage the public website property and CMS for the global Marketing team by driving website initiatives through conception to execution and maintenance.
  • Develop and manage documentation for Global CMS roadmap (enhancements, maintenance and content), governance, business rules and standards.
  • Build and share global pipeline status reports for each release.
  • Establish permission/access criteria and govern access.
  • Lead website enhancement projects in an agile environment by translating business objectives and design specifications into actionable user stories and backlog items, while communicating considerations, progress, and timelines to key stakeholders.
  • Manage operations and timelines for development team and other business teams associated with the website platform.
  • Define project acceptance criteria and coordinate quality assurance (QA) testing efforts to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation team to ensure website platform and integrations are optimized for lead-generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Content and Design teams to deliver a holistic website user experience that aligns with brand guidelines and a cohesive design system.
  • Establish and maintain Global CMS platform best practices for content management, design consistency, and publishing workflows.
  • Lead CMS platform training for global Marketing team, providing users with documentation, training, and technical support.
  • Partner with Content and Digital Experience teams to ensure optimization of website and content architecture for SEO and site search discovery, globally.
  • Analyze and report on global website KPIs pulled from GA4, leveraging data to inform future website enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain our Global Cookie Compliance platform Osano in conjunction with our Platform and Security team.
  • Assist with global security audits alongside our eCommerce Platform Manager and Technical Service Compliance Team.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business, or related field
  • Five years of more of experience working with CMS
  • Three years of more of experience working with sprint planning and boards (Azure, JIRA, etc.)
  • Three years of more of experience working with Agile methods and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
  • Skilled at translating business vision into defined and prioritized user stories for team’s backlog
  • Excellent knowledge of content management systems
  • Ability to build reports in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information accurately
  • Strong team player with the ability to lead projects and bring together cross-functional resources
  • Excellent organizational/project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
