This role will support the Strategic Firm Partnership initiative which is focused on optimizing home office relationships with leading firms by developing initiatives targeting the firms’ financial intermediaries.
The writer will work on a variety of deliverables (likely presentations, emails, videos and other collateral) in support of that effort, and may also be tasked with creating similar deliverables for other Home Office / Gatekeeper initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Writer works independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior team members on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. Updates content of existing print, email, presentation, or web communication materials with new information to reflect current tone, statistics and timeframes. Writes original content by conducting necessary research and ensuring content aligns with the business goals and communicates the desired message. Executes core content that may be leveraged through print and digital channels.

  • Conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and compliance of content with brand guidelines, style guides, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage databases and on-site research libraries to understand the target audience.
  • Revise and repurpose existing content to ensure consistency and freshness.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and design teams to develop integrated communication strategies.
  • Work with subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.
  • Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee content production processes, including editing, proofing, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in financial writing and content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
