Genesis of Milford is seeking an experienced Genesis Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and managing the repair process for our valued Genesis customers. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of automotive repair procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and schedule service appointments
• Gather information about vehicle issues and create accurate repair orders
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Writer in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology
