We are seeking a Service Writer/ Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the auto technicians team.
Responsibilities:
- Open shop in mornings and cheerfully greet customers.
- Knowledgeably discuss vehicles 2010-2022 with customers.
- Write and sell service orders according to technician assessments.
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance and repair shop.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
