Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Epic Clarity reports using SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design and optimize data models to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
4. Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for report-related issues.
6. Document report specifications, data dictionaries, and user guides.
7. Stay updated on Epic system upgrades and enhancements, implementing changes as needed to maintain report functionality.
8. Train end-users on report usage and provide ongoing support as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Epic Clarity reporting.
3. Proficiency in SQL programming and experience writing complex queries.
4. Strong understanding of Epic data models and Clarity database structure.
5. Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects, or similar.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Epic certification in Clarity Data Model or relevant modules required.
9. Epic certification in Revenue Data Model preferred.
