Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Representative who will discuss service and new tire needs with car owners to join our successful shop. If you have a proven track record of customer service and sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive service writer, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive service and tire experience. You greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate information gathering. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, hospitality and sales experience. If you have some car enthusiast knowledge or hospitality experience thats a plus! Responsibilities
  • Greet customers as they arrive with respect and dignity
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
  • Answer customer questions about their needs, vehicle service process, and the goals they have for their car
  • Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive repeat business and marketing policies
  • Conduct discussions and obtain customers comments to detail the primary issues
  • Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer connection and care
  • maximize production and develop jobs for your crew of technicians

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelors degree is preferred
  • Valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record are required
  • Prior sales experience or hospitality service experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
  • Attention to detail, closing, basic reporting and payments organization
  • Writing estimates and agreements
