EXPERIENCED AUTO SERVICE WRITER - SERVICE ADVISOR: YOUR ROLE

As an Experienced Auto Service Writer - Service Advisor, you're not just managing vehicle service but building trust with every customer. From the moment clients walk in, your warm, approachable demeanor makes them feel welcome and confident in your care. You excel at juggling multiple tasks, from expertly scheduling jobs to crafting detailed estimates that empower customers to make the best decisions for their vehicles. Working hand-in-hand with our skilled technicians, you ensure clear communication about repairs, ensuring everyone is aligned and the process flows smoothly. Your organizational prowess keeps the service department running like clockwork, ensuring timely, top-quality work that keeps customers satisfied and confident. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We are looking for the following requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in service writing, with 10+ years being ideal
• Experience working with auto, tire, and commercial vehicle repair businesses
• Experience in general repair, commercial fleet maintenance, and/or fast-paced commercial tire repair facilities
• Strong customer service skills
• High-performing oral and written communication skills
• Ability to set and drive weekly/monthly sales goals throughout All-Pro Fleet Services
• Ability to authorize repairs for multiple fleet repair technicians
• Ability to understand and drive results concerning technician efficiency and scheduling repair orders
