What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel and customer journey by collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to achieve on revenue goals.
  • Design and run growth experiments to validate hypotheses, improve conversion rates, and maximize net revenue retention.
  • Build and manage marketing analytics and reporting to track performance and ROI.
  • Define KPIs and frameworks to drive accountability across the team and align efforts with growth targets.
  • Build out the growth tech stack, selecting and integrating tools to support marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Support key initiatives like product launches, strategic partnerships, and market/product expansion.


The following attributes are likely to make you successful:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, focused on growth marketing and demand creation and capture.
  • Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1, scaling growth initiatives that drive measurable impact.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and experimentation.
  • High bias for action, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
  • Strong collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Systems thinker with a solid understanding of SaaS business models, financial analysis, and the ability to build out scalable processes.
  • Experience building or managing a marketing technology stack to enable automation, reporting, and optimization.
