The Field Marketer (MFR) plays a vital role in Morgan Financials growth by attending closings, broker open houses, and other field events. The MFR gathers leads and engages with real estate agents and consumers, assisting the Marketing Relationship Manager (MRM) in generating new business.

Responsibilities
- Attend area events - closings, broker open houses, and agent open houses to network, gather leads, and build relationships with real estate agents and consumers.
- Collect valuable data and insights at field events to support lead generation and relationship-building efforts.
- Engage both agents and direct consumers to actively identify new business opportunities and appointments for the Marketing Relationship Manager
- Pursue new business leads from events and activities, focusing on securing appointments for the Relationship Manager with real estate agents.
- Follow up on leads and ensure the continuous flow of business opportunities from the field to the sales team.
- Assist with the coordination and promotion of in-office events and seminars, including KYBOT presentations, to increase engagement from real estate agents and past clients.
- While out and about, take photos and provide to the marketing team to be promoted effectively across Morgan Financials digital channels.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be energetic and extroverted; must enjoy meeting new people, networking and building relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Required to obtain NMLS MLO license within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional communication skills required
- Marketing savvy / interest in Business Development / Marketing
- Organized with an ability to prioritize time effectively
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic and a team player
