Our client is a North American leader in the finance and lending space. They are searching for a Performance Marketer/Analyst to join their digital marketing team. This is a remote-friendly opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Execution and Optimization:
    - Execute routine paid search and paid social tasks across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
    - Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure campaigns are launched and maintained on time and within budget.
    - Manage daily tasks such as performance reporting, adjusting bids, updating ad copy, and implementing campaign optimizations in bulk.
    - Ensure campaigns are caught up with the production calendar, making sure things are working properly and we're making new optimizations.
  2. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    - Quickly compile and maintain regular performance reports in Excel, tracking key metrics such as clicks, spend, and conversions.
    - Provide quick-turnaround insights to the team on campaign performance, using Excel proficiency to manipulate and analyze data for immediate action.
    - Maintain and update campaign tracking sheets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the paid media calendar.
  3. Platform Knowledge and Speed:
    - Navigate ad platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta) efficiently, launching and optimizing campaigns with speed and precision.
    - Work within Excel to analyze, sort, and report on campaign performance, leveraging advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) to complete tasks quickly.

Must Have Skills:

  1. 4+ years of experience specifically in paid search execution.
  2. Proven and demonstrable experience with campaign production schedules and high-volume account management.
  3. Proven and demonstrable experience with paid social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok etc).
  4. High proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing data at speed.
  5. Demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Manager with knowledge and expertise to quickly implement changes.
  6. Ability to handle large volumes of campaign changes and updates efficiently, with minimal supervision.
  7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  1. Familiarity with using Ads Scripts or Automated Rules to streamline account management.
