Humana's Marketing organization is seeking an experience Senior Product Marketer to join the CenterWell Home Health Marketing team working remote. This team supports patient acquisition, sales engagement, clinical operations, patient experience, recruitment marketing as well as local marketing for the 350+ home health branches. As the Senior Product Marketer, you will:
Support clinical operations and patient experience
Your primary focus will be on supporting clinical operations and patient experience, which entails developing campaigns and programs to promote our advanced clinical programs, clinical services and condition-specific care. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations business leaders to support their initiatives—promoting our deep clinical expertise, strong patient outcomes, and ability to help our patients recover, rehabilitate and live more independently at home. Projects could range from multi-channel paid media and sales engagement campaigns to the development and maintenance of collateral and resources to support clinicians and patients.
Lead SEO content strategy and execution
You will lead our SEO content development strategy and execution, including working with our SEO consultant to identify strategies and projects, then working with our copywriting vendor to execute the final deliverables. Additionally, you will provide the copywriter with specific blog article or webpage topics, the content framework, data and research to include within, and outline exactly how each piece should be developed.
Manage social strategy
You will manage our social strategy and content calendar for two main audiences: B2C (consumer/patient) and B2B (physician/provider) as well as create the quarterly content calendars, including identifying all post topics, CTAs, corresponding blog/webpage/video assets, and work with our in-house creative team to develop the creative and copywriting. Additionally, you will manage the monthly social performance and pivot strategy when needed to improve performance metrics. In this role, you will work alongside other CenterWell Marketing team social partners to align on shared enterprise content and strategies.
Key Role Functions
Manage data-driven marketing campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including media vendor management, strategizing, planning, identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels (i.e., paid search, paid social, direct mail), campaign execution, budget management and results monitoring. This includes managing test and learn pilot initiatives
Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators and other performance metrics, working with the appropriate teams and vendors to track and measure
Maintain campaign-related documentation (i.e., project plans, media briefs, creative executions, performance tracking, etc.)
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex scenarios and/or issues, including campaign strategy and approach, campaign measurement plan, and alignment on all the proper internal approvals
Collaborate autonomously and without direction – keeping business partners, team and leaders apprised of key milestones and performance
Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrates attention to detail and manages multiple high-profile programs
Monitor and report on marketing performance to key business partners
Optimize marketing activities by leveraging analytics
The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence teammates, business partners and shared service team members without formal authority or management control, exhibiting leadership and proactive thought leadership. They must be able to work with teammates, business partners and vendors with respect and integrity, exhibiting strong teamwork skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, timelines, changing priorities and new direction as well as strong oral and written communication skills are also key to success in this role.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including B2C and/or B2B marketing experience
1+ years of experience in the healthcare and/or health insurance industry
Competency in core marketing soft skills: Communication, creativity, adaptability, organization, prioritization, storytelling
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer and patient experience
Preferred Qualifications
Located in or near Louisville for in-person collaboration

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$84,600 - $116,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
