About the Role
The Company is seeking an FX/Rates Marketer at the Vice President level to strengthen its business with Japanese corporate clients in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, business development, and providing risk management ideas, particularly in the FX business. Experience in Rates business is also preferred. The role involves marketing to existing and potential corporate clients, developing strong relationships, driving initiatives to build the FX and Rates business, and providing daily market commentary. The candidate should be an expert in FX and Rates derivative products, have a strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements, market liquidity, currency regulations, and risk management. Strong marketing skills, proven success in FX product development, and the ability to influence and motivate others are essential. The role requires business fluency in English and Japanese, and the candidate should be able to challenge legacy ideas and provide efficient solutions to clients. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of comparable relevant experience, including in FX spot, forward, and options marketing. They should be adept at the eFX process, including execution methods, and have knowledge of the ISDA process. Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
