The CNS Regional Marketer, US CNS Business Unit- (CNS-RM - EAST COAST) is responsible for engaging a core group of National, Regional and Community Opinion Leaders in the field of CNS. The CNS-RM will be responsible for developing and implementing an Area Marketing plan that aligns with the strategic imperatives of the brand strategy to influence and shape the commercial success for increased adoption of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) in Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM).
This position will work in close collaboration with cross functional teams including brand marketing, field sales leaders, medical, market access, strategic accounts and other functions to elevate brand advocacy with key customers and industry experts. The position is field based, collaborating with the CNS Teams on the East Coast.
This is a full time, exempt, field based position reporting to the Director of CNS Marketing. Ideal candidates will be located within the East Coast and can commute to a metropolitan airport. Travel is estimated to be around 50%.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of an Area Marketing Plan that aligns with Brand strategic imperatives and is focused on generating insights and building advocacy among key CNS opinion leaders and industry experts.
Essential Duties:
Ensure strategic alignment and consistency in execution with US cross functional partners to pull through key customer engagement and execution across all functional leads
Collaborate withbrand marketing, field sales leaders, strategic accounts and other brand partners to develop and execute regional strategies and tactics based on market needs and opportunities.
Develop and execute an expert engagement plan to include key peer to peer programs and initiatives
Support marketing team in developing integrated marketing plans focused on driving HCP brand awareness of TTFields based on insights from key CNS opinion leaders
Apply creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in addressing opportunities and solving complex business and marketplace issues
Compliantly manage the area marketing budgets, timelines, processes and procedures while adhering strictly to required policies and trainings Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and accountability for matching expenses with approved budgets
Maintain business relationships with relevant marketing agencies to support brand projects
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement and Relationship Building
Identify, engage and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the oncology field to become strong advocates of Optune Gio therapy. [Radiation Oncologists, Neuro Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Neurosurgery]
Develop strategic partnerships with these physicians and accounts to enhance their support of Optune Gio and expand its acceptance among their peers
Create a regional HCP customer/account engagement strategy with the field teams to optimize interactions with key HCPs to achieve brand goals.
Influence and Peer Advocacy
Leverage relationships with KOL to promote advocacy for Optune Gio within the oncology community, positioning them as a trusted resource to further increase awareness, credibility and drive adoption.
Partner with KOLs to understand and address barriers to adoption, increase dialogue within the community and support peer-to-peer education programs and tactics
Build an impactful and compliant peer to peer program strategy to increase HCP adoption of Optune Gio.
Enhance the Physician Finder program and implement a Center of Excellence strategy in alignment with NSCLC franchise.
Therapy Adoption and Expansion:
Collaborate with KOLS to support educational initiatives, events, presentations and content creation that encourages broader adoption and use of Optune Gio Therapy.
Work with influential HCPS to drive awareness and usage across key accounts, academic centers and within professional networks.
Insight Gathering and Strategic Feedback:
Actively listen to HCPs, patients and care providers to gather insights into their experiences and challenges to inform commercial strategy.
Leverage these insights to inform marketing strategies, enhance program development and ensure Novocure initiatives align with HCP needs and drive optimal patient outcomes and experiences on therapy.
Develop and execute all commercial advisory boards, strategic council meetings, and voice of customer engagements nationally and regionally.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
At least 6 years of commercial experience in Product Marketing, Key Account Management, Sales or Sales leadership within medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries, engaging with KOLS or influential HCPS and/or patients
Previous launch experience in Sales or Marketing required
Bachelors degree; preferably in a relevant field; MBA preferred
The position requires greater than 50% travel to field-based education events, internal meetings, congresses, and customer facing engagements.
Demonstrated track record of commercial success in positions with progressive responsibilities
Candidate must reside in the US
3+ years of oncology or complex therapeutics is preferred
Prior Thought leader or regional marketing experience
Marketing and brand experience inclusive of experience in a patient-centric pharma, biotech or medical device role is preferred
