Job Title: Part-Time Host/Hostess & Order Taker

What You’ll Do:
As a Host/Hostess & Order Taker, you’ll be the first face our guests see — setting the tone for an awesome dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm smile and helping them feel at home.
• Managing the flow of customers to ensure speedy and smooth service.
• Taking orders (in-person and over the phone) accurately and quickly.
• Answering questions about our menu and promotions like a pro.
• Bagging orders efficiently and ensuring they are accurate and ready for pick-up.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
• Jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed (because teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
No experience? No problem! We’ll train you if you’re eager to learn. However, we’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in a quick-service restaurant or fast-paced environment.
• Can commit to working nights and weekends (minimum 3 days/week).
• Communicate like a pro and love working with people.
• Stay cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-moving atmosphere.
• Bring a positive attitude and a can-do spirit to everything you do.
