Role Description

This is a full-time role with outside sales and significant time spent out of the office calling on clients and prospects in the greater West Lansing area for an Insurance Producer based at Harry O. Culp Insurance Agency in Grand Ledge, MI. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for growing their own book of business with significant training, support and coaching from an experienced agency.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude & outgoing nature; you must truly enjoy connecting with farmers, business owners and future clients through your extra curricular activities and business activities
• Insurance Sales skills
• Insurance license
• Ability and enjoyment of self study and continuous education of insurance coverages and products
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the insurance industry or similar sales industry including real estate sales, wedding planning, financial planning or equipment sales, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of insurance products and coverages
• Bachelor's degree
