Want to be in charge of that?   If the thought of producing a wide-range of product trial experiences (a.k.a. ‘ campaigns’ to our brand clients) at scale excites you, you’re in for an exciting growth opportunity that will flex all kinds of muscles—ones you’ve built from past experience and dormant ones you have yet to realize.   We are seeking a hungry, dynamic individual with experience working with stakeholders across departments and vendors to bring our brand campaigns to life. This Operations role involves a variety of critical responsibilities that will push you to think creatively and analytically: from overseeing the implementation of operational plans and cross-functional coordination of internal/external resources, to ensuring campaign objectives are met; and longer-term, growing standards of excellence around campaign execution.   NOTE: This is an onsite position at our offices in New York, NY (4 days/week onsite; 1 day/week working from home). We’re steps from Grand Central train station! Key Responsibilities   Production Planning and Execution Collaborate with our Sales, Account Management, and Campaign Architect stakeholders to operationalize campaign goals and strategy and ultimately deliver fun, amazing experiences to our community members Translate campaign strategy vision into tactical plans that enable the Operations team to execute effectively and with clarity Leverage key Sales documents as campaign Scope of Works (SOWs) and P&Ls to inform, develop, and maintain production schedules and other key internal artifacts to ensure seamless delivery Support & partner closely with all key stakeholders in Operations to deliver, monitor, and optimize campaigns; using data as a key weapon in your arsenal to problem solve and escalating issues where needed for additional decision-making support Coordinate with our Fulfillment to engage third-party vendors as needed to source premiums and fulfill/ship physical packs to our community members Monitor campaign budget allocations throughout the campaign; collaborate with Finance to reconcile estimates to actuals   Client Communications Serve as our clients’ primary day-to-day execution contact—guiding them along the journey, communicating creative needs/specifications, gathering assets, answering questions, etc.   Operational Efficiency & Standards of Excellence Review production processes and practices on an ongoing basis to identify areas of improvement; staying abreast of the latest industry/production trends to strengthen your overall perspective on how we can continue to grow our value proposition Partner cross-functionally and with senior management on continuous improvement initiatives/tools to drive efficiency and innovation around the experiences we deliver, internal processes/best practices, etc. Explore/innovate, adopt, and model the use of in-house technologies and partner platforms that drive effective collaboration and execution   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 5-7 years relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, video, and experiential a plus!
